Lava has just launched its first selfie focused smartphone named the Iris X5 in the country for Rs 8,799 on the online retailer Amazon.in . Lava Iris X5 exclusively available on Amazon India starting from Monday Sep 1 2014, but only be on stock from Thursday Sep 4 2014.

Lava launched Lava Iris Pro 30+ With 13-Megapixel Camera Launched at Rs. 11,990. The smartphone comes with a 4.7-inch 720p IPS display based on OGS technology . It is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor as opposed to 1.2GHz quad-core in its predecessor. Alongside 1GB RAM, it is packed with 16GB of internal storage that is expandable to 32 GB. The Iris Pro 30 only gave 4GB of internal storage. It is 7.9mm slim and 116 gram light-weight body. It runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS. Lava Iris 460 is the new budget smartphone in the portfolio of Lava that will expand the Iris series. This yet to be officially announced handset is listed on company’s website without any details of pricing and availability.

Lava has launched a new budget Android device into the Indian market. The Lava Iris 402e smartphone is now up for grabs at a price tag of Rs 4,999.

The Lava Iris 402e features a 10.16-cm WVGA display with a 480×800 pixels resolution.The dual-SIM device runs Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box and comes with support for 10 Indian languages.
