Google has announced that the Nexus 9 pre-orders will begin October 17 and that the first units will be shipped starting November 3rd. The cheapest Nexus 9 has a price of $399 and it comes with 16 GB storage and WiFi connectivity, while the most expensive model is LTE-capable and comes with 32 GB storage, being priced at $599.

The Nexus 9 will be coming with an optional Keyboard Folio. The keyboard can be attached to the tablet via magnets and paired with the device using NFC. If you are worried about the accessory sucking out the battery, then you should know that the keyboard comes with its own battery.

Google Nexus 6 price and availability details have been confirmed by Motorola and Google. Nexus 6 release is confirmed in an announcement alongside the Nexus 9 and Android 5.0 Lollipop update.

The Motorola-built smartphone isn’t just Google’s biggest phone to date, is packed with quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor, 3GB RAM and a 3,220mAh battery, which the firm claims will last for at least a full day.

Motorola and Google both have said in their reports that the Nexus 6 will be accessible for pre order through the Google Play Store which will start from late October and they will start shipping the products in November. But T Mobile was more precise in this and have said that they will release it on November 12. Motorola has further said that the Nexus 6 will be available in 28 countries.

Google’s subsequent Nexus inscription will be called Nexus 9, will be made by HTC, and will be launched on October 15.

The tablet is said to have a price tag of $399, making it an affordable premium tablet given the rumored specs: an 8.9-inch display with 2048 x 1440 resolution and 281 ppi, an NVIDIA Logan 64-bit processor (Tegra K1), 2GB RAM, 16 or 32GB internal storage options, an 8MP OIS main camera, a 3MP front facing camera, aluminum zero-gap construction, and stereo front-facing speakers.

Nexus 9 will not be sold exclusively on the Play Store, but instead will be available through several different retail outlets. This will give it a broader reach than many previous Nexus devices, and hopefully ensure its retail success, especially during the holiday shopping season.

Bright Side of News states that while they expect the Nexus 9 will see an announcement next week, it won’t be available to customers until November 3.

Google has been rumored to launch the HTC-made Nexus 9 in second half of 2014. New details about Google and HTC’s much touted tablet have emerged online.

The HTC Nexus 9, expected in the third quarter of 2014, is also expected to use the Tegra K1. The NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor is so powerful that it is being used in products other than smartphones and tablets. The Tegra K1 also powers Google’s new Project Tango Development Kit, a tablet computer that will enable users to track and map 3D environments by making over a quarter million 3D measurements every second giving mobile devices a human scale understanding of space and motion.

HTC Nexus 9 is anticipated to come with Android L – which has been rumoured to be named Android Lemon Meringue Pie (LMP).

Motorola’s handset ‘Shamu’ that is rumoured to be Google’s Nexus X was spotted on an Indian import/ export manifest site.

On August 20th, a pair of Motorola Shamu protoypes were imported into India for demo purposes. The information also revealed a model number for the device, the Motorola XT1112. The smartphone was shipped from the United States, and had a declared value of Rs. 34,982.

Nexus X top-shelf model comes with a 1440 x 2560 display, a quad-core Snapdragon 805 CPU and an Adreno 420 handling the graphics. The phone apparently will sport a pair of stereo speakers on front, a 13MP rear camera and a 2.1MP front-facing shooter.

Moto X+1 , has also been leaked in a live image flaunting a leather back in black colour and a grey Motorola logo, ahead of the expected official launch on September 4 .

Google and HTC have teamed up to develop the next Nexus tablet, dubbed the Volantis. The device has an 8.9-inch screen and looks to potentially replace the Nexus 10. The pricing details of the 16GB and 32 GB version are around $399 and $499 respectively.
