Oppo has launched the all-new Oppo R5, their flagship smartphone, which is the slimmest phone in the world. At only 4.85mm thickness, the Oppo R5 slimmer than the Gionee Elife S5.1 which is 5.1 mm thick.

The Oppo R5 sports a 5.2-inch Full HD AMOLED display and is powered by a 64-bit, octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor and 2GB of RAM. The phone runs the Color OS 2.0 that is based on Android 4.4.4 KitKat operating system and supports 4G LTE. The R5 also supports the VOOC rapid charging technology. The Oppo R5 will come in a gold version called the Guided Edition.

Oppo’s latest teaser, which is a camera sample leaked by Oppo CEO himself over on Chinese social site Weibo.

Oppo is expected to launch the N3 and the R5 at its event in Singapore, which will be held on October 29. Oppo’s R series is known for its slim and sleek form factor, and we expect the R5 to be designed on similar lines.

Oppo N3, this smartphone is expected to run a new cooling system designed by Oppo and will be housed in lithium-aluminium casing. The Oppo N3 is expected to sport a 16MP rotary camera with a 1/2.3 inch sensor. This device is said to run a Snapdragon 805 Soc and had a Quad HD display.

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Oppo has launched the anticipated N1 Mini in India, priced at Rs. 26,990. The smartphone will be available in stores from Monday.

The highlight of the device is its rotating 13-megapixel Sony IMX214 sensor camera with LED flash. According to Oppo, the N1 Mini is able to shoot photos up to 24-megapixel in size when shooting in Ultra-HD mode. The camera can rotate 206-degree, thus eliminating the need for a secondary camera and providing full HD-quality video chat option for users.

Oppo on Sunday tweeted an image of the Oppo Mini with the text “Revolutionary 24 Mega Pixels Ultra HD Camera, Coming Soon!”. The picture carries the caption “Mini in size, Max on fun”.

The N1 mini, as the name suggests, is the mini version of the OPPO N1 that happens to be the Chinese phone maker’s first phone in India, launched back in January.

Oppo N1 announced back in September last year, the device featured a unique rotating camera at the top, giving you the capability of taking your selfies in ultra-sharp 13 megapixel quality.

Oppo has launched the Find 7 in India with Quad-HD (QHD) display. The Oppo Find 7 has been priced at Rs. 37,990, and will go on sale in the Indian market from early July.

Oppo also announced a smart wristband dubbed O-Band. It can track your sleeping patterns, remind you about missed notifications and record fitness data. It packs a vibration alarm, too.

Oppo officially announced Oppo N1 Mini. The Oppo N1 Mini is not actually so “mini”. It just happens to be much smaller than its 6-inch iteration. Sporting a 5-inch 720p display, this device will be much more manageable.

Oppo has announced that it will launch the mini variant of its flagship smartphone, the Oppo N1 Mini on Friday, May 30. The Oppo N1 Mini features the same 13MP rotating camera module.

The Oppo N1 smartphone has reached the Indian market earlier this year and was priced at Rs. 39,999 for 16GB variant. When the Chinese firm launched its flagship smartphone, it created a lot of buzz with its 13MP swivel camera which can rotate by up to 206 degrees with a dual-LED flash.

The Oppo N1 is a fairly sizable device, so it’s nice to see that Oppo may be prepping a mini version. Most of the N1 Mini’s specs are still a mystery, so it’s not known if it’ll feature higher-end specs or if it’ll be more of a mid-range phone like most other mini handsets.
